14-day returns
Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.
How to return
Email care@zovealabs.com with your order number. We'll arrange pickup or share a return address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Exceptions
Opened personal care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit.
